Terms of Service
Effective 1 October 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and TRG QUESTS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Dover, Delaware, United States (“we”, “us”), for use of The Phishing Dojo (the “Service”).
By creating an account, joining an organization, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.
The Service
The Phishing Dojo is a workplace training platform. It teaches people to recognize phishing and related social-engineering attacks through lessons, assessments, and simulated environments (email, browsers, wallets, and similar).
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Pre-launch access, waitlists, and beta features are provided as-is.
Simulated exercises
Simulations are training. They may look like real messages, sites, wallets, or documents. They are not real financial products, not real identity providers, and not an instruction to send value, credentials, or data outside the exercise.
You may use simulations only inside the Service, for training. You must not use the Service, its content, or anything derived from it to phish, spoof, or socially engineer anyone in the real world, or to attack systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is for workplace training, not for children.
Accounts and organizations
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
If you have never belonged to an organization, you control the account and may delete it from settings. Deletion is immediate.
If you belong to an organization, that organization manages the account. You cannot leave or delete it yourself. An administrator removing you ends the account. Completions earned for that organization stay with it as its record.
An organization owner may delete the organization. That deletion is immediate and ends every member account.
Organizations using single sign-on control access through their identity provider. Removing someone here does not deprovision them there.
You must not share accounts or impersonate another person.
Acceptable use
You must not:
Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the Service.
Probe, scan, or bypass security or access controls except as an exercise the Service itself presents.
Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to use.
Attempt to extract, scrape, or republish our training content except as the Service allows.
Use automated means to create accounts or overload the Service.
Misrepresent scores, completions, or reports.
Plans
Organizations have a plan with standing caps (for example on members, teams, assignments, and SSO domains). Upgrades are arranged with us; the Service does not take payment-card details. Hitting a cap blocks new creates of that entity. Existing data is not deleted because a cap was reached.
An account that does not belong to an organization has an individual plan: Individual Free by default, or Individual Pro. You can request an upgrade in the Service, and we apply it by hand. Individual Pro and organization membership exclude each other. While on Individual Pro you cannot create an organization or accept an invitation until we return you to Individual Free. Joining an organization through single sign-on returns you to Individual Free, and the organization’s plan applies from then on.
Each training is available from a plan tier upward. If your plan drops below a training’s tier, or the training stops being offered to you, access to it ends at once. Your past attempts stay on record.
Our content and yours
We and our licensors own the Service, training materials, simulations, software, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them during your subscription or permitted access, only for internal training.
Feedback you send us may be used without obligation. Profile photos and similar material you upload stay yours; you grant us a license to host and display them to operate the Service.
Dojo Sensei
When the in-training tutor is enabled, it generates replies with third-party models. It can be wrong, incomplete, or unhelpful. It is an aid, not a substitute for the training itself, and not professional advice. Do not paste secrets, production credentials, or other people’s personal data into it.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. If you enroll staff, you are responsible for telling them the Service is used, for having a lawful basis, and for only submitting data you are entitled to submit.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Training reduces risk; it does not guarantee that anyone will detect every attack. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRG QUESTS LLC and its people will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US $100) if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. Those limits apply only there.
Indemnity
If you use the Service for an organization, you will defend and indemnify TRG QUESTS LLC against claims arising from your content, your staff’s use of the Service, your misuse of simulations, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so to protect the Service or others, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Account and organization deletion follow the Privacy Notice.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the Service or our intellectual property.
General
These Terms are the entire agreement for the Service, unless we sign a separate written contract with you (in which case that contract controls where it conflicts). If a term is unenforceable, the rest remains. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a reorganization or sale. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
